Having worked for several years as a hotel general manager, I have a thorough command of service standards, daily operations management, and the high requirements needed to deliver an impeccable guest experience.
I have also held the position of Property Manager within an American company, which allowed me to develop a perfect mastery of the leading vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and VRBO. This dual expertise in high-end hospitality and property management enables me to optimize occupancy, profitability, and the quality of the guest experience for every property.

Having lived in Mexico for over 13 years, including 8 in Quintana Roo, I have developed a deep understanding of the Playa del Carmen real estate market, built at the intersection of a background in finance and concrete experience as an investor.

As a local entrepreneur, I also founded and developed an independent tour agency, which strengthened my high standards of service and provided me with solid expertise in operations management, customer relations, and revenue optimization.
